On-Site Troubleshooting – They provide support of application specialists for L1, L 2 and onsite troubleshooting at HCP/hospital level or at the patient level.
Support in Local activities – They support local CME, RTM and congress by the presence of their sales & marketing team in booths/meetings and providing local assistance.
